The Girls Tennis team saw their season come to an end Wednesday night with a 5-0 defeat to St. Joe at Leeper Park.  At number one singles, Jeana Alberts lost 6-0, 6-0.  Rachel McMillen was defeated 6-0, 6-0 at number 2 singles.  At number 3 Singles, Lillie Warner lost 6-0, 6-0. On a cloudy, cool day, The Girls Tennis Team traveled to the Southside of South Bend to face the Wildcats of Riley.  The Colonials played hard but dropped a 5-0 match to Riley. Dodging a few rain drops Monday afternoon, the Tennis team dropped a 4-1 match to Mishawaka. The one win for the Colonials came at number 2 singles where Rachel McMillen defeated Alaina Coffey 3-6, 6-3 , 10-8.  Results of other matches included Jeana Alberts dropping a 6-3, 6-2 match to Liz O’Bren. The Tennis team picked up their first victory of the year as they beat Washington Friday night 3-2. The Colonials picked up their wins at all three singles matches  while conceding the 2 doubles matches. In a make-up match from April 10th, The Girls Tennis team played some of their best tennis of the year in falling to Elkhart Memorial 5-0.  At Number one singles, Jeana Alberst lost to Eva Morales 6-1, 6-1. At Number 2 Singles Rachel McMillen dropped a 6-0, 6-0 match to Collen Kubiak. at Number 3

Despite a 5-0 loss to Elkhart Central on Thursday, The tennis team is starting to show much improvement.  At number on singles Thursday, Jeana Alberts lost Kelli Lochmandy 6-0, 6-1. At Number 2 Singles, Rachel McMillen lost to Jillian Hayward  6-0. 6-1.  At number 3 singles, Lillie Warner was defeated by Michela Whittaker 6-2. 6-0.
