Boys Golf hangs tough with Riley and Glenn

The Boys Golf team opened their season Monday by Hosting Riley and John Glenn at Elbel. Glenn won the match with a team score of 199. Riley was next at 247 and the Colonials  carded a 263. Individually for Clay, Maxx Szucs carded a 55, Bobby Burns a 65, Jeremiah Annis  71 and Ben Smithers

Softball Hammers way past Glenn

A big 4th inning in which the Colonials scored 6 runs propelled the softball team to a 9-4 NIC victory over John Glenn.  Jessica  Cleveland got the victory in the circle allowing 6 hits while striking out 7 Falcon batters. The Colonial  bats banged out 10 hits led by Hailey Wolf who went 2 for

The softball game for this Saturday 5/1 against Goshen has been changed to a double header with a 10:00 start time. Mark your calendars  accordingly

NIC Tennis moved up one day

The Girls Varsity NIC Tennis Tourney opening round will now begin Tuesday, 4:30pm at Leeper Park due to impending weather this week.  On Wednesday, the subsequent rounds of the tournament will begin at 9:00am at Leeper Park until the completion of the tournament.  Any questions please call the Clay Athletic Department . Boys Track at Goshen Relays

On a cold rainy day, the Boys Track team competed in the historic Goshen Relays on Saturday.   The Colonials finished  14th in Class B. Softball spits pair at Wawasee Invitational

The Softball team spilt a pair of games in the Wawasee Invitational on Saturday.  In game one, the Colonials got a 2 hit performance  in the circle from Jessica Cleveland as the Colonials beat Wawasee 11-1.  Mackenzie Moore went 3 for 3 at the plate while Faith Hyduk, Haylee Hyduk, Desiree Boone and Jessica Cleveland

Girls Tennis wins first match of the year

The Girls Tennis team won  their first match of the year Friday by blanking  Washington 5-0. Winners for Clay were Sam Zahl at number 1 singles winning 6-4, 6-2.  At Number 2 Singles Alex Hunt won 6-1, 6-0.  At Number 3 Singles, Olivia Marentette won by Forfeit,  In Doubles action, Sydney Maurer and Lydia Talcott

In a well played game Friday,  the Softball team fought hard but dropped a 7-1 decision to St, Joe.  The Colonials got a great hitting performance from Hailey Wolf who belted three doubles on the night as she went 3 for three at the plate.
