Monday Volleyball Results

An Improving Volleyball team played hard and close to the Mishawaka Christian Athletic Club but lost in straight sets, 25-15, 25-13, 25-20 Monday Night.  Some good individual performances including Keegan Russell with several kills and Aliyah Owens with some good Blocks. The Colonials back in NIC action Tuesday when they travel to John Glenn.

Boys Soccer fights hard at Cavemen Classic

The Boys Soccer team played  hard on Saturday at the Cavemen Classic but dropped games to Mishawaka and Niles.  The Colonials lost to Mishawaka  5-1 and then in the Consolation match to Niles 7-0. The Colonials. back in action Thursday when they travel to Trinity.

Girls golf finishes 10th at NIC Tourney

The Girls Golf team finished 10th  at the NIC Golf Tourney on Saturday.  The Colonials shot a team total 502.  The Colonials were led by Nova Schmitt Gonzalez with a 120.  Lydia Talcott  shot a 124, Emma Belke a 125, Jasmine Daly a 133,  and Laura Wegnerowski a 136. Volleyball goes 1-3 at Chesterton Invitational

The Girls Volleyball  team won their first match of the year after going 1-3 in the Chesterton Invitational on Saturday. The Colonials  picked up a 25-21, 25-15 win over Washington. The then lost to Hobart  25-9, 25-19, Portage 25-16, 25-11 and Adams 25-10, 25-12.  The Colonials back in action Monday when they will host Mishawaka

Cross Country runs at Minutemen Classic

The Clay boys and girls cross country teams competed in the Minuteman classic at Ox Bow Park this Saturday.  On the boys side, Seth Horban led the Colonials with a time of 19:12.  Sophomore Devan Caparell continues to impress, taking off another minute off his personal best with a time of 21:13.  The girls team finished in

Football loses to rival Riley

After  a strong first half with Riley only leading 10-0, The Football team ran out of steam and dropped a 45-8 decision to the Wildcats. Volleyball results from New Prairie

The Volleyball team hit the road Thursday night to New Carlisle and were beaten in straight sets by New Prairie.  The Cougars won the match 25-5, 25-1, 25-5. The JV was beaten 25-8, 25-8 by the Cougars. The Colonials back on the road Saturday as they play in the Chesterton Invite.

Boys Soccer drops game to Michigan City

The Boys Soccer team struggled to find some offense as the Colonials dropped a 10-0 decision to Michigan City at Clay Field Thursday night. Kevin Bango was solid in goal again as he made 15 saves. The Colonials will play two games Saturday in the Cavemen Classic at 9 and 11 AM.
