Fall Sports banquet

The Clay Fall Sports Banquet will be held this Wednesday November 7th  starting at 6 pm.  Dinner will be served at 6pm  in the Cafeteria followed by team awards in their respective  breakout sessions. Come and Celebrate with  our Fall sports Athletes.

Girls Basketball loses home opener

The Girls Basketball team fought hard but dropped their home opener Saturday to Culver Academy 62-45. Leading the Lady Colonials was Alayja Dillard with 15 points. Latavia Johnson has nine points for the Colonials. The JV lost 22-21. The Colonials are now 1-1 on the year and will be at Bowman Academy on Tuesday night.

Girls Basketball opens season with win

The Girls Basketball team opened the season victorious with a 67-17 victory over Career Academy. The Lady Colonials were led by Bria Brown with 17 points and Regan Ward wiht 13 points. There was no JV game. The Lady Colonials are 1-0 and host Culver Academy Saturday afternoon at Colonial Gym.

Girls Soccer Team to be recognized

The girls soccer team  and Coach Brian Ginzer will be recognized  by the SBCSC School Board of trustees at their next meeting November 5th.  They have been invited by  City Wide Director of Athletics Seabe Gavin to be honored for their sportsmanship  this past season.   The meeting starts Monday at 5:30.  Congrats to Coach Ginzer

Fall Awards Dinner Nov 7th 6:00 PM

Fall Athletes – the annual awards dinner will be November 7th at 6:00 PM in the Clay High School Cafeteria. Pizza and soft drinks will be provided. Break out sessions for individual teams will follow the main presentation.

Grace College Leadership conference

9 Clay students participated in the Grace College leadership conference Monday. 25 total South Bend students attended the Conference at Grace College working to promote sportsmanship and create leaders. #Team South Bend    

All NIC Volleyball

Girls Cross Country finishes 9th at Regional

The Girls Cross Country team finished 9th at the Regional at Ox Bow Park.  The Lady Colonials scored 221 points. Individually for Clay.  Megan Cooper was 23rd with a time of :20:52.60,  Alyxandra Hlawacz 30th with a time of :21:02.  Meghan Perkins 67th with a time o:22:01. Alexa Hunt  55th with a time of 22:26  and  Jumanah
