Swimming Drops Dual Meet to New Prairie

The Colonials Boys and Girls  Swim teams hit the pool Tuesday night at New Prairie . The Girls suffered a 133-41 loss while the boys dropped a 144-30 score.  Winners for Clay included Alexa Hunt in the 100 yard freestyle. Girls Basketball Postponement

The  Girls Basketball game at New Prairie on Saturday 1/16/21 has been postponed and a makeup date is being explored at this time. Keep checking back for updates.

Basketball Live streamed this week!

Clay High School will have live streaming of all home Basketball games. The home games at Clay High will be available to watch live streamed on the NFHS broadcast network. Girls Swimming finishes 4th at City Meet

The Girls swim team participated in the City Meet on Saturday at Riley.  The Colonials finished 4th with a team score of 274.  Todays scoresheets are attached. The Colonials will swim at New Prairie on Tuesday Clay City Meet 1 Clay City Meet 2 Clau City Meet 3 Clay City meet 4  

Girls Basketball Celebrates Senior Night

The Girls Basketball tema honored Seniors  Nataya Hicks and Jenesis Jones before Friday’s game with Jimtown. Unfortunately the Colonials dropped a 37-30 decision to Jimtown. The Colonials were led by Layden Beane with 10 points while Jenesis Jones and Nataya Hicks each had 5 . The JV also lost 23-17.  The Colonials back in action

Boys Basketball drops Nail biter at Home.

The Boys Basketball team dropped a back and forth struggle Thursday night as they fell to Jimtown 62-59. Robert Allen led the Colonials with 28 points  while Christian Love added 16. The JV squad dropped a 56-53 game to the Jimmies.  Clay was led by Payton Damp  with  12 points. The Colonials next action is Tuesday

Swimming drops NIC meet at Penn

The busy week of  swimming continued Thursday for the Colonial Swimmers as they traveled to Penn.  The Girls dropped a 144-37 score while the Boys were defeated 145-28.  The Girls participate in the City meet at Riley  on Saturday while the boys next action is Tuesday at New Prairie.  Tonight’s scoresheet is attached below. penn

Wrestlers drop tough match to Bremen

The Wrestling team hit the road Wednesday night and dropped a 57-15 match to NIC foe Bremen. Winners for Clay included Maxx Szucs at 120 pounds, Austin Willis at 160 pounds and Ethan Bendit at Heavyweight. The Colonials back in action next Wednesday when  they host Marian and Concord.

Girls Basketball wins 2nd game of the year

The Girls Basketball team won their second game of the year as they  beat Trinity of Greenlawn  40-37 Tuesday night. Bria Brown led The Colonials with 23 points. The JV was also victorious 40-37.  The Colonials will host Jimtown Friday night at Colonial Gym.

Boys Basketball Loses close game to John Glenn

The Boys Basketball team opened the 2021 portion  the season with a tough 66-60 loss to John Glenn Tuesday night. The Colonials were led by Robert Allen with 22 points and Christian Love had 15.  The Junior Varsity won an exciting game as Brad Hicks hit a three pointer with two seconds to go to
