On a steamy day at Elbel, the Girls Golf team teed it up against Elkhart High School. The Lady Colonials fought hard, but the Lady Lions beat the Lady Colonials 248-261. Individually for Clay, Nova Schmitt Gonzalez shot a 60, Lydia Talcott a 66, Emma Belke a 67 and Jasmine Daly a 68.  Laura Wegnerowski did not play in the match due to an injury. The Lady Colonials drop to 1-9 overall and the NIC.  The team  will play at Michigan City Marquette Tuesday afternoon.
