Girls Basketball falls just short to Chargers

After trailing 15 to 2 after one quarter and 17-9 at halftime.  the Girls Basketball team stormed back in the 2nd half but fell short 43-38 to Elkhart Memorial. In a highly completive meet the Boys Swim team lost tor Riley 142-36. Wrestling shutout at Penn

Clay signs contract with BSN to become NIKE School

The Clay Athletic Department has signed  a deal with Nike and BSN  to become a Nike sponsored school.  This deal will allow us to purchase clothing merchandise  for each sport.  We are the First  NIKE sponsored South Bend School to benefit from  this new partnership  GO COLONIALS!!!!!

Girls Basketball beat Jimtown

The Girls Basketball Team picked up their first conference win of the year with a 57-43 win over Jimtown. Tonia Horston Smith scored 17, Regan Ward 13 and Alayja Dillard with 10 to lead the Lady Colonials.  The JV was also victorious wit a 35-30 win.  The Colonials back in action Thursday at Elkhart Memorial.

Boys Basketball wins 1st game of year

Anthony Neal scored 23 points and Robert Allen 21 as the Boys’ Basketball team won their first game of the year with at 70-59 win over Career Academy Tuesday night. The JV was also victorious with a 60-55 win.  The team now 1-1 on the year and will host Trinity school at Greenlawn on Saturday

Girls Swimming also goes 2 and 1 in Elkhart

The Girls Swim team also went 2 and 1 on Monday night in Elkhart. The Colonials beat Washington 135-20 And John Glenn 137-0.  The Lady Colonials  dropped a 117-63 decison to Elkhart Central.  The team back in the pool on Thursday at Riley.      

Boys Swimming goes 2 and 1 in 4 way meet

The Boys Swim team opened up their season in a 4 way conference meet in Elkhart Monday night.  The Colonials defeated Washington 74-69 and John Glenn 97 to 7.  The Colonials dropped a 143-33 meet to Elkhart Central. the team will be  in action against Thursday at Riley.  Attached are tonight’s  scoresheets.
